• Standard lesson price: £40 per hour.
• Block bookings must be paid for in advance.
• Prices may change, but any prepaid lessons will be honoured at the price paid.

• 10-hour block: £370
• 30-hour block: £1,050
• Block bookings are non-transferable and cannot be shared with another learner.
• All prepaid lessons must be used within 6 months of the payment date unless agreed otherwise in writing.

The 30-hour block booking is offered at a discounted rate and is intended for learners who are committed to completing their training with Foundation Driving School.

• The package is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Lessons are subject to our 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend will result in the loss of 2 hours from the remaining block booking.
• The package is non-transferable and cannot be shared with another learner.
• If you choose to stop lessons before using all 30 hours, any refund for unused hours will be calculated at the standard hourly rate (£40 per hour), not the discounted package rate, with any cancellation charges deducted where applicable.
• Foundation Driving School reserves the right to withdraw the discounted package in cases of repeated missed lessons, abusive behaviour, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or rearrange a lesson.
• If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or you fail to attend, you will lose the value of 2 hours of lessons from your booking or block package.
• Exceptions may be made at the instructor's discretion in cases of genuine emergencies.

If your instructor needs to cancel a lesson due to illness, vehicle issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, the lesson will be rearranged as soon as possible. No lesson time will be lost.

• Please be ready at the agreed collection point and time.
• If you are late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time unless the instructor agrees otherwise.

• The instructor reserves the right to advise whether a learner is ready to take the practical driving test.
• If the instructor believes a learner is not yet at test standard, they may decline the use of the tuition vehicle for the test.

You must inform your instructor before the lesson if you:

• Feel unwell.
• Are taking medication that could affect your driving.
• Have consumed alcohol or drugs.
• Have any change to your eyesight or driving entitlement.

Lessons will be cancelled immediately if the instructor believes it is unsafe to continue.

• Refunds for unused prepaid lessons are at the discretion of Foundation Driving School.
• Any lessons already taken will be charged at the standard hourly rate before any refund is calculated.
• No refunds are given for missed lessons where the cancellation policy has not been followed.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Foundation Driving School accepts no responsibility for lessons missed due to weather, road closures, traffic delays, vehicle breakdown, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
